Get Your Game On!

Table Tennis is a pleasure at any level. As your skill increases, so does your enjoyment. Learn the right technique – it will quickly elevate your game. More people play Table Tennis than any other sport worldwide, including soccer. It takes limited space and can be played for 5 minutes or an afternoon. It gets you moving, increases energy and relieves stress. The sound is a universal language and feel of the ball as it bounces off your paddle lifts your spirit!

It’s a snap to learn and enjoy at any age, physical condition, or skill level. If you can scratch your head, you can play Table Tennis!! Those who’ve never played another sport can quickly enjoy this game and reap its benefits: eye-hand coordination, sharpened reflexes, low-impact cardiovascular health, social engagement and fun. And Table Tennis improves balance, hand-eye coordination and overall fitness without stressing your joints.
